The ACM Care Senior Resource Teams are voluntary, multidisciplinary, geographically specific team of community members and service providers who work together to address the problems of seniors and disabled adults. The goal of the SRT is to explore individual and relevant group issues and initiate solutions in ways that provide continuity, coordination, and effectiveness. Each team is independently managed by local leadership volunteer(s). ACM Care emails the monthly reminder and speaker schedule to the membership. Membership and attendance is open to anyone-no RSVP needed. If you are interested in presenting a related topic at the meetings, please contact the local leader at the next scheduled meeting.
*NOTE: in an effort to be fair to everyone, SRT sites that have not confirmed their monthly meeting are no longer included in these reminders.
We would like to thank Lutheran Foundation of St. Louis for funding the expansion of the ACM Care SRT sites.
